I rarely like returning things, but when you have a problem with the support staff aspect of a vendor product then I think there should be now problem with getting your money back. I think that vendors need to be making sure that their support staff can handle any and all issues that customer may have. Also handle those questions in a timely manner. Having to wait 24 to and in some cases 48 hours is not exceptable. Especially if the vendor is only giving you a 30 day guarantee refund policy. Thanks
